It is business as usual but as many of you know we are happy for people to take away cask beer, bottles and cans.
We know some people are wary of gathering in social groups under current circumstances and although we have yet to notice an appreciable drop in trade, we fully understand peoples' concerns, especially those with existing health problems.
With this in mind we are offering a new takeaway service. Our 'kitchen' window, overlooking the car park, has now been designated our takeaway hatch, just like in pubs of old. Just tap on the window and we can serve you through the hatch to enjoy your favourite drinks at home.
We have a limited supply of takeaway containers for cask beer at present but are due a delivery of more containers some time today. If you have your own containers please bring them along for us to fill. You can also buy any of our craft and Belgian bottles and cans to enjoy in your armchair.
