Strong Marble Beer and More

We leisurely stroll into the weekend with  Marble's Farmhouse IPA (7%), Bowness Bay Swan Blonde (4%), Eden Cumbrian Black stout (4%), Springhead Maid Marian (4.5%) and Arkwrights Trouble At Mill (4.1%).

For cider drinkers we have Old Rosie (7.3%) and Westons Country Perry (4.5%). Not forgetting a range of quality wines for the li'l ol' winedrinkers.

Just a reminder that our trip to Manchester on December 1st is now fully booked. Please let us know if you would like to join our reserve list. One or two people are planning to make their own way and meet up with us at the Marble Arch. Please let us know if you plan to do the same as we need to get an idea of numbers for the tour of the Marble Brewery.

Our first beer festival takes place on November 22 and 23 in The Snug and the Furness Hall in the Station visitor centre. Details on the right side bar. Admission £4 inc festival glass, programme and contribution to the Heritage Trust.

Our Christmas Eve soiree will start at 5-00pm (closed lunchtime).

New Year's Eve will be ticket only from 7-00pm (closed lunchtime). Tickets are £5 inc food.

Into next year now and the first gathering of The Snug Ukele Club will take place on Monday 13 January with a beginners workshop. Please contact us for further details. Admission by ukulele only!

Have a great weekend. In the meantime:

  1. Hey, I'm looking forward to the Snug Ukulele Group, aka SnUG at The Snug!

It's gonna be brilliant! I'll have to sort out a club songbook!
